I am a San Francisco Bay Area based Blogger.
Born and raised in Oakland, CA, I’ve had a passion for travel since I was young. My first overseas trip was when I was 5 years old to Ensanada, Mexico, but my real love for travel came when I went to Japan at 18 years old.
Ever since I began traveling, I was fascinated by new countries — learning about a new culture, traditional customs, history, food, and beautiful scenery!
Now, I’ve been to 6 continents and 100 countries, and still counting!
I’m blessed to serve as a Lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business MBA Program leading their annual Seminar in International Business program in South Africa. The program takes MBA students to Johannesburg and Cape Town to immerse them in a new culture and to understand the socioeconomics of doing business in a new country. This will be my 10th year on the South African program, and for that reason South Africa is my second home, and near and dear to my heart.
In addition to traveling, I love food and have been to 100 Michelin Stars all over the world. I have a diverse palette and can be found dining at food trucks, hole in the walls, to fine dining. As a microinfluencer and content creator, I partner with local, national, and global restaurants, hotels, and experiences around the world.
